Terms & Conditions

Please note that credit card payments for AntonianaDMC are collected by Antoniana Servizi srl, via Porciglia 34 35121 Padova Italy.
Therefore, AntonianaDMC will appear as Antoniana Servizi on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by Antoniana Servizi srl.
Please send an email to wcci2022@antonianadmc.com for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.
By booking a tour or an event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions that govern the relationship between the client and the Company AntonianaDMC di Antoniana Servizi srl, the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with the Company , you accept on behalf of yourself and all those names on the booking, including minors and persons under a disability, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

How to reserve
Reservation is necessary to join events or tours.
At the end of the booking process, balance will be requested.
Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are available to be read before payments and reservations: to confirm the reservation you will be asked to accept both policies.
You can make online reservations by selecting your preferred date, number of participants and following the instructions on video. Payments can be made by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) at the end of the booking process.
Please note: American Express is not accepted for payment.

Booking and Payment
All rates are per person.
Reservations are always required and have to be made either online
To make a booking and guarantee your seat, you provide online payment in full
It is the responsibility of the client to check the accuracy of the booking and the dates of tour or event.
If the booking is successfully completed, the client will receive to the email address entered at the moment of the booking, a booking confirmation email containing the tour voucher with information about the meeting point, time and tour on it. If the client hasn’t received the tour voucher, it is required to get in touch by email AntonianaDMC at wcci2022@antonianadmc.com to ask to have them sent again.

Tour & Event
All rates are per person.
English speaking guides will assist and accompany guests on all tours and events.
The meeting points of the tours are indicated on the vouchers sent by email upon payment of the reservation.
The tour or event voucher must be shown to the tour guide at the start of the tour or event. The tour guide has the right to refuse customers without a voucher.
Some tour or event of AntonianaDMC, where specified, are carried out with a minimum of participants,. In the event the minimum number of the tour is not met, the client will be informed via email in order to organize alternative activities or take refund.
The tour will be held only with a minimum of 25 people.
All services included in our tours or events are advertised on our website. There are no hidden costs.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to meet the tour leader or take the train or transport recommended or provided by AntonianaDMC at the correct time and location for departure. In the event you miss a tour or a planned departure of a tour or event or a recommended or provided transfer due to lack of punctuality, any extra travel costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy
Change of a booking by the client must be made in writing via email to wcci2022@antonianadmc.com.
No refund will be given to those clients who do not show up at the correct departure time and point, or to those who loose contact with the guide and therefore do not complete the excursion.
Cancellations must be always communicated to AntonianaDMC in writing.

If a booked service is cancelled by a passenger, the following penalties shall apply:
- 30% of the total amount, if the cancellation is made 15 days before the date of the tour
(in any case with a minimum penalty of € 10,00 per person);
- 100% of the total amount, if the cancellation is made after this deadline, or in case of no-show.

It is the passenger responsibility to get in touch with AntonianaDMC if running late to the meeting point or if you can’t find the guide in order to assist you as much as possible. If you miss the tour, no refund will be possible. If the customer wish to reschedule the same day tour to a different date, the full amount of the tour must be repaid.
The passenger is always due to the meeting point 15 mins before the departure.
No refunds will be made in respect of any unused portion of a tour or event.

Cancellation of a tour by the Company
AntonianaDMC reserves the right to cancel any tours or event if the minimum number is not met or for unforeseen circumstances
AntonianaDMC will notify the customer in advance and will offer the customer the options of:
- rebooking for another date;
- take a substitute tour of equivalent or superior quality if avaiable;
- take a full refund of the amount paid.

Weather, Environmental Conditions and National Strikes
AntonianaDMC may not be held responsible for any delay, deviation, or cancellation due to weather conditions, traffic and national strikes even if as a result you miss a connecting service.
No tour or event may be cancelled or changed by Customer at anytime on the basis of weather conditions if they are not considered by AntonianaDMC an obstacle. This will cause a complete loss of the tour booked with no refund.
AntonianaDMC reserves the right to cancel the tours ( bike tours, horseback riding, boat trip) when the weather conditions are considered to be dangerous for the Customer’s safety. In this case AntonianaDMC will suggest to take the tour on a different day or the possibility to transfer the booking to a different tour of same value. Alternatively will issue the full refund of the activity paid
AntonianaDMC may not be held responsible for any local or national strikes.
If the strike is announced in advance and effects the itinerary of the tour or the event, AntonianaDMC will inform the clients by email to offer to organize the same tour for a different date or AntonianaDMC will refund the tour in full.
If the strike is only announced when tour or event has already started, AntonianaDMC will refund the part of the tour unused corresponding to the travel fees, any meals not used and a compensation fee.
In the event of operational reasons or reasons not attributable to AntonianaDMC (road conditions, strikes, delays, changes in opening hours or other problems), the tour can be modified at any time or replaced with alternative services of the same type and quality. In this case there will be no change in the price of the excursion.

Cases of force majeure
In case of acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, inability to obtain labor or material, governmental restrictions or regulations, judicial order or other casualty or cause, not within the control of AntonianaDMC, all the conditions, rights and duties, set out in the contract of the terms and conditions are no longer valid and falls under "cases of force majeure".

Insurance
The excursions scheduled in the program are covered by R.C., insurance for public liability, with Polizza Assicurativa UnipolSai n.157076607.
AntonianaDMC does not respond for damages caused by third parties or for reasons beyond its control and is not responsible for loss or forgetfulness of valuable (and not) objects or luggage.
There is no travel insurance included in the cost of any tour or package.
AntonianaDMC highly recommends that you purchase your own travel insurance that covers all of your travels.
AntonianaDMC strongly recommends that you are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy which includes: personal accident, medical expenses, personal baggage, money and public liability.

The program is conforms to the requirements of the L.R. n. 11 of 14 June 2013 of "Regione Veneto".

Disputes
Any complaint by the client must be communicated in writing to AntonianaDMC of Antoniana Servizi srl to wcci2022@antonianadmc.com within and not later than 10 days after the date of the tour or event. The complaints or disputes that cannot be solved amicably between the Customer and AntonianaDMC, shall be referred to Padova Court.
